How results are ranked
How are practitioners ranked in the search results?
Search results are ranked by availability, how well the practitioner matches the requested service, the verified quality of service, distance, and continuity of care with a practitioner you already know. No practitioner can pay to rank higher: subscriptions and badges never count in the ranking, whatever their number or value.
The criteria
Availability at the time you want, how the requested service matches verified specialties, observed reliability (visits kept, quick answers), approximate distance, and whether this practitioner has already treated you.
What never counts
A subscription, a badge or a payment never moves a practitioner up the results. Newly verified practitioners only get limited extra visibility during their first weeks.
Distance stays approximate
The distance shown is rounded and measured from an area, never from the practitioner’s exact address.
Frequently asked questions
Do subscribed practitioners rank higher?
No. A subscription gives access to management tools; it has no effect on ranking.
Why does a practitioner further away appear first?
Because they are available sooner, match the requested service better, or have treated you before.
Can I sort differently?
Yes. You can sort by distance, by earliest availability or by rating.
Do reviews affect the ranking?
Reviews published after a completed visit count in the observed quality, weighted so that a handful of reviews never weighs too much.
