How does DomiSanté work?
On DomiSanté, you choose a physiotherapist or nurse whose documents our doctor has verified, send a visit request with the service, your address and a time slot, and the practitioner confirms. The session takes place at your home, at the all-in price shown, travel included. Without an answer, we offer your request to another verified practitioner.
1. Find the right practitioner
Search by service, neighbourhood or availability. Each profile shows what our doctor verified, the services offered, the all-in prices and the neighbourhoods served.
2. Send your request
Choose the service, drop the pin on your address and suggest a time slot. You can request a visit for yourself or for a relative.
3. Welcome the practitioner at home
The practitioner confirms the visit. If they do not answer in time, your request goes to another verified practitioner, and our team can call you back.

Do I need a prescription?
Some services require a prescription, others do not. Each service says so on the practitioner’s profile and when you send your request.
Does the price shown include travel?
Yes. The price shown is the price you pay: it includes travel to your address, with no hidden extra.
Can I request a visit for a relative?
Yes. You can request a visit for yourself, for a family member or for someone else, with their address.
What if the practitioner does not answer?
Your request goes to another verified practitioner in your neighbourhood. You follow every step in “My requests”.
