- Average rating: the average of the published reviews of visible professionals, shown from 5 reviews.
- Median time to accept: how long a professional takes to accept a request over the last 90 days, shown from 20 accepted requests.
- A city or a profession appears only from three verified professionals. The figures are recalculated every night and kept for 13 months.
